  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Biscuit Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Lobster Filling

  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Garnish

  • Fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Dough
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk and cheddar cheese until a soft dough forms.

Step 2: Bake the Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet to form small biscuits. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly.

Step 3: Make the Lobster Filling
In a bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix until well coated and creamy.

Step 4: Assemble the Sliders
Slice each biscuit in half horizontally. Spoon the lobster filling onto the bottom half, then top with the other half to form a slider.

Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle the sliders with fresh chopped chives for a pop of color and added flavor. Serve immediately while biscuits are warm.

Notes

Use fresh lobster meat if possible for the best taste and texture.

If you prefer a lighter filling, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.

To add extra flavor to the biscuits, brush them with melted butter mixed with a pinch of garlic powder after baking.

You can prepare the biscuits a day ahead and reheat slightly before assembling.

Serve with lemon wedges for an extra citrusy burst.
