Instructions

  • Start by cooking your rice according to package instructions.
  • Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning and heat a skillet with a little oil.
  • Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken and let it rest, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.
