Instructions
- Activate yeast by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil to dry ingredients; mix until sticky dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Punch down risen dough, roll out, and shape into pizza.
- Spread sauce, add cheese, and top with your favorite ingredients.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
