- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard as a substitute)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them. Make sure they are well-coated.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, making the chicken tender and juicy.
