Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove leaves from the cauliflower and slice into 1-inch thick steaks.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Top with marinara sauce and optional Parmesan, then return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
