Instructions
- Remove leaves from the cauliflower and slice into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Top with marinara sauce and optional Parmesan, then return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
