  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis into noodle shapes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in zucchini noodles, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in fresh basil, and add Parmesan cheese if desired.
