Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis into noodle shapes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes; cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in zucchini noodles, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in fresh basil, and add Parmesan cheese if desired.
