- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
