  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
