- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 large flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, chopped onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is coated.
- Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. Place about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the edges as you go to secure the filling.
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
