Delicious and fun yogurt dipped fruit skewers, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert!

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works great too!)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, pineapple, etc.)
  • as needed skewers Wooden skewers (or reusable options)

Instructions

  • Start by washing and preparing your fruits. Cut them into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Take your wooden skewers and start threading the fruits onto them. Alternate colors and types for a vibrant presentation!
  • Once all the fruit is assembled on the skewers, dip each skewer into the yogurt mixture.
  • Place the skewers on a plate lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle additional toppings if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the yogurt set.
