- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works great too!)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, pineapple, etc.)
- as needed skewers Wooden skewers (or reusable options)
Instructions
- Start by washing and preparing your fruits. Cut them into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Take your wooden skewers and start threading the fruits onto them. Alternate colors and types for a vibrant presentation!
- Once all the fruit is assembled on the skewers, dip each skewer into the yogurt mixture.
- Place the skewers on a plate lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle additional toppings if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the yogurt set.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious yogurt dipped fruit skewers!
