Instructions

  • Start by cooking your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Mix well and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
