- 1/2 cup white wine
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (Plus more for serving)
- Fresh parsley (Chopped for garnish)
- Your favorite pasta
Instructions
- Start by cooking your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Mix well and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
