  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and cherries until evenly distributed.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
