- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and cherries until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
