- Burger buns, for serving

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and form each into a burger patty.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Assemble the burgers on buns with desired toppings and serve immediately.
