- 4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed

- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Cut watermelon into cubes, removing seeds if needed.
- Blend watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.
- Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Scoop and serve, garnished with mint if desired.
