  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Start by cubing the watermelon and removing any seeds. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender.
  • Add the lime juice, honey, water, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed. You can add more honey or lime juice based on your preference.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for about 4 hours, or until solid.
  • Once frozen, let it sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes to soften. Then, scoop and serve in bowls or cones.
