- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Start by cubing the watermelon and removing any seeds. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender.
- Add the lime juice, honey, water, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed. You can add more honey or lime juice based on your preference.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for about 4 hours, or until solid.
- Once frozen, let it sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes to soften. Then, scoop and serve in bowls or cones.
