- 4 cups watermelon, diced and seeds removed
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Start by blending the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
- Add the pineapple chunks to the blender. If using, pour in the lime juice and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend until everything is well combined.
- Taste the mixture. If it’s not sweet enough, add more honey or agave syrup.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside.
