A refreshing summer treat made with watermelon and mint, perfect for hot days!

  • Total Time: 240

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for a zesty kick)
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure you have ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
  • Place the watermelon cubes, mint leaves, honey (or agave), lime juice, and a pinch of salt in your blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste the mixture to see if you want to add more honey for sweetness. Blend again if needed.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top as it will expand when frozen.
  • Add popsicle sticks and place them in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  • To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Enjoy!
