- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for a zesty kick)

Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure you have ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
- Place the watermelon cubes, mint leaves, honey (or agave), lime juice, and a pinch of salt in your blender. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture to see if you want to add more honey for sweetness. Blend again if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top as it will expand when frozen.
- Add popsicle sticks and place them in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Enjoy!
