- 4 cups watermelon (cubed and seedless)
- 2 cups ripe mango (peeled and cubed)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for added zest)
Instructions
- Start by preparing the fruit. Cube the watermelon and mango, ensuring to remove any seeds from the watermelon.
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and half the mango. Blend until smooth. If desired, add honey or lime juice at this stage for extra flavor.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about halfway.
- Next, blend the remaining mango until smooth. Carefully layer this mango puree over the watermelon mixture in the molds.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles, then gently remove them. Enjoy your delicious watermelon mango popsicles!
