- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 3 cups cold water
- Ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions
- Start by cutting your watermelon into cubes. You’ll need about 4 cups of fruit.
- Juice your lemons until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
- Add the cold water to the pitcher. Stir well and taste. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
