- 4 cups watermelon (diced and seeds removed)
- 1 cup lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional, adjust to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend the diced watermelon in a blender until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add honey or agave syrup to the watermelon puree and blend again.
- Pour in the lemonade and stir to combine.
- Fill popsicle molds three-quarters full with the mixture.
- Add mint leaves if desired before inserting popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the mold to loosen popsicles.
