- 4 cups watermelon (cubed)
- 2 ripe kiwis (peeled and sliced)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, based on sweetness preference)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (for a zesty kick)
- water (as needed for blending)
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth. Add water if needed.
- Pour half of the watermelon puree into ice pop molds.
- Place kiwi slices on top of the watermelon layer.
- Pour remaining watermelon puree over kiwi slices.
- Insert sticks into molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Run warm water over molds to loosen before removing pops.
