- 4 cups diced watermelon
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Start by cutting the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Next, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the watermelon.
- Add in the chopped mint leaves for a refreshing flavor boost.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle this dressing over the salad.
- Toss everything gently to combine. Be careful not to mash the watermelon or feta.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill for about 15 minutes before serving for a refreshing touch.
