- 4 cups cubed, seedless watermelon
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes, discarding the rind and seeds.
- Add watermelon cubes to a blender with cold water, lime juice, and sugar or honey.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
