Delicious and chewy Vegan Double Chocolate Cookies that are easy to make and perfect for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, brown sugar, almond milk, and vanilla.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
