Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and salt.
  • Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
  • Once you achieve the right consistency, stop mixing. You don’t want to overbeat it into butter!
  • Transfer the cold foam into a serving container and refrigerate until you’re ready to use it.
  • To serve, spoon the foam on top of your favorite iced coffee, hot chocolate, or dessert.
