  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed.
  • Gently fold in your berries, saving a few for topping later.
  • Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids, sealing them tightly.
