- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed.
- Gently fold in your berries, saving a few for topping later.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids, sealing them tightly.
- Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soak up the liquid and flavors.
- In the morning, give your oats a good stir. Top with any remaining berries and a drizzle of honey if desired. Enjoy cold!
