Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you need to bake your tart shell. Bake according to package instructions if it’s pre-made.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. This takes about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream and powdered sugar to the cream cheese. Mix until combined and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in the vanilla bean paste, mixing until well incorporated.
  • Spread the vanilla bean cream over the cooled tart shell evenly.
