- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- to taste fresh mint leaves (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you need to bake your tart shell. Bake according to package instructions if it’s pre-made.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. This takes about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and powdered sugar to the cream cheese. Mix until combined and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the vanilla bean paste, mixing until well incorporated.
- Spread the vanilla bean cream over the cooled tart shell evenly.
- Top with your mixed berries, arranging them as desired. Get creative here!
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired before serving.
