- 1 can of tuna (drained)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a tortilla flat, add half the tuna mixture, and fold to create a pocket.
- Heat a skillet, add butter or oil, and grill the wrap seam side down for 3-4 minutes. Flip and grill the other side.
- Remove from skillet, let cool, slice in half, and serve.
