Instructions
- Season pork cutlets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side, then set aside.
- Sauté sliced leeks in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Add heavy cream and truffle oil, stirring to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return pork cutlets to the skillet to coat in the sauce, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes before serving.
