- 1 large ripe pineapple (peeled, cored, and cut into chunks)
- 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 large red bell pepper (cut into squares (optional))
- 1 large yellow bell pepper (cut into squares (optional))
- 6-8 Wooden or metal skewers
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish (optional))
- Honey or lime juice (for drizzling (optional))
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Cut the pineapple and mango into bite-sized chunks. If using bell peppers, chop them into squares.
- Thread the fruit onto skewers, alternating between pineapple, mango, and bell pepper.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the skewers on the grill or on a baking sheet. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and let cool slightly. Drizzle with honey or lime juice if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
