  • 1 large ripe pineapple (peeled, cored, and cut into chunks)
  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 1 large red bell pepper (cut into squares (optional))
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper (cut into squares (optional))
  • 6-8 Wooden or metal skewers
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish (optional))
  • Honey or lime juice (for drizzling (optional))

Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Cut the pineapple and mango into bite-sized chunks. If using bell peppers, chop them into squares.
  • Thread the fruit onto skewers, alternating between pineapple, mango, and bell pepper.
  • Preheat your grill to medium heat. For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the skewers on the grill or on a baking sheet. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Remove from grill and let cool slightly. Drizzle with honey or lime juice if desired.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
