Instructions
- Start by marinating the grouper fillets. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and ginger.
- Place the grouper fillets in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- While the fish marinates, prepare the spicy coconut sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk and red curry paste.
- Let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Cook the grouper on a grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- To serve, pour the spicy coconut sauce over the cooked grouper and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley.
