Instructions

  • Start by marinating the grouper fillets. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and ginger.
  • Place the grouper fillets in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  • While the fish marinates, prepare the spicy coconut sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk and red curry paste.
  • Let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
