Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and mustard until combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil and serve hot.
