- 1 package refrigerated cheese ravioli (about 20 oz)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped, or 1 cup frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, and half of the spinach.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of marinara and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
