A comforting and easy casserole featuring layers of cheese ravioli, marinara sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 package refrigerated cheese ravioli (about 20 oz)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped, or 1 cup frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  • Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, and half of the spinach.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of marinara and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
