- 2 cups pretzel sticks (crushed)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed pretzels and toffee bits. Pour the melted mixture over and stir.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish and press down firmly.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Once baked, pour the melted chocolate on top and spread evenly.
- Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for an hour before cutting.
