- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast bell peppers for 20 minutes until charred.
- Cool, peel, and chop the peppers, then blend with onion and garlic until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, season tilapia with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Pour the roasted pepper sauce over the tilapia and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
