- 2 eggs

- Banana leaves for steaming (optional)

Instructions
- Combine rice flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Whisk in coconut milk and eggs until smooth, then add vanilla extract.

- Boil water in the steamer, place the dish inside, cover, and steam for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
