- 4 oz salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat or a grill pan on the stove.
- Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well-coated.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes.
- Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
