  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat or a grill pan on the stove.
  • Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well-coated.
  • Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-6 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
