Ingredients

  • 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Add seasoned steak strips and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove steak, add remaining butter, garlic, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Return steak, add Worcestershire sauce, and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

  • For extra flavor, let the steak marinate for a few hours before cooking.
