- 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add seasoned steak strips and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove steak, add remaining butter, garlic, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Return steak, add Worcestershire sauce, and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the steak marinate for a few hours before cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini.
