Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound flank steak (thinly sliced against the grain)
- 8 ounces dried noodles (udon or rice noodles work well)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 carrot julienned
- 3 stalks green onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through, then remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Now, toss in the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan and pour in the teriyaki sauce, stirring to combine everything. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired!
