Teriyaki Beef Noodle Bowl

Teriyaki Beef Noodle Bowl

A quick and delicious teriyaki beef noodle bowl that’s perfect for busy weeknights!

  • Total Time: 25

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound flank steak (thinly sliced against the grain)
  • 8 ounces dried noodles (udon or rice noodles work well)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 3 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through, then remove from the pan.
  • In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Now, toss in the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
  • Return the beef to the pan and pour in the teriyaki sauce, stirring to combine everything. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Finally, add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired!
