- 2 ribeye steaks ribeye steaks

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (Optional, for a spicy kick)
Instructions
- Start by seasoning the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- After searing, remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate while you prepare the sauce.
- Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. If you like a bit of heat, add red pepper flakes at this point.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce for about a minute.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
