- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1 whole avocado, sliced (optional)

- to taste Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake the tater tots for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
- While the tater tots are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs into the heated skillet. Scramble them until they’re cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- To assemble, take a generous serving of tater tots and place them in a bowl. Top with scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese.
