Instructions
- Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the orange sauce over the chicken, bring to a simmer, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender.
- Serve the orange chicken over rice or quinoa, topping with sesame seeds and green onions.
