  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high heat helps caramelize the sprouts.
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • If using balsamic vinegar, drizzle it over the sprouts in the last five minutes of roasting.
