  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Toss the shrimp into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Stir in the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  • On a baking sheet, lay your flatbread and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on it.
  • Distribute the shrimp mixture evenly over the flatbread. Then, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a minute, then garnish with fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and enjoy!
