- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss the shrimp into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Stir in the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- On a baking sheet, lay your flatbread and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on it.
- Distribute the shrimp mixture evenly over the flatbread. Then, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a minute, then garnish with fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and enjoy!
