- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, drained tuna, sweet chili sauce, diced bell peppers, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grease your muffin tin or rice cups to prevent sticking.
- Fill each cup with the rice mixture, pressing down gently to pack them in.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the tops are golden and crispy.
- Let them cool slightly before removing them from the cups.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
