  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, drained tuna, sweet chili sauce, diced bell peppers, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grease your muffin tin or rice cups to prevent sticking.
