- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional, for thinning)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry puree by blending fresh or thawed frozen strawberries until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and the strawberry puree.
- Whip the mixture using an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
- If the foam is too thick, add a tablespoon of milk to thin it out.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more powdered sugar.
- Transfer the foam into a piping bag or jar and enjoy!
