- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (for crumb topping)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (for crumb topping)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for crumb topping)
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed (for crumb topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, then pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- For the crumb topping, combine brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the cake batter.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before serving.
