- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
- Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries; optionally sprinkle with sugar and let sit.
- In a bowl, whip the cream, adding powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream in a 9×13 inch dish.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers on top of the cream.
- Spread half of the strawberries over the graham crackers.
- Add half of the whipped cream over the strawberries.
- Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, remaining strawberries, and whipped cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve, garnished with mint if desired.

- For best flavor, use ripe strawberries.
